Member: any person enrolled on a course or programme offered by Novakill Studio.

Use of the services implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Novakill Studio reserves the right to amend them at any time. In the event of any amendments, the updated version will be published on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions of Use.
Article 4 – Access to services
Access to certain services (courses, programmes, exclusive content) requires registration via a form and/or payment for a subscription package.
Minors may only register with the consent of their legal guardian, which must be confirmed at the time of registration.

Educational content (videos, choreographies, course materials, etc.) is strictly reserved for personal use.

All content produced or distributed by Novakill Studio (logos, videos, choreography, text, visuals, etc.) is protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Article 10 – Limitation of Liability
Novakill Studio shall not be held liable for:

service interruptions due to maintenance or updates,

malfunctions attributable to external service providers (payment, hosting, platforms),

Article 11 – Force majeure
In the event of external, unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.), Novakill Studio shall not be held liable for any temporary failure to fulfil its obligations.
Article 12 – Governing law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Novakill Studio’s registered office (Paris), unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
